Take a well-rounded approach to wellness through holistic programming. Start with a 30-minute consultation to discuss goals, wants, preferences, perform movement assessments, and review a food journal. Then, you'll receive personalized exercise programming & training, nutrition coaching, and tips/resources for sleep & stress management. This package includes 1, 30-minute holistic coaching session per month, monthly exercise programming, & a 1-hour in-person training session per month.
Start with a 30-minute consultation to discuss goals, wants, preferences, and review a food journal. Then, we will meet once per month to discuss goals, wants, barriers, and plans to improve overall diet quality and nutrition. This session of coaching will include time for education, goal setting, and plans to take with you through the month. Weekly email or text check-ins will also be included.
Start with a 30-minuteconsultation to discuss goals, wants, preferences, and perform movement assessments. Then, each month, you'll receive personalized exercise programming based on goals, wants, preferences, etc. Goals and progress will be re-assessed on a month-by-month basis. With your initial consultation, you'll receive 1-hour of in-person training for free. In-person training sessions after that will be $50/hour. Want to train with a buddy? 2-3 person group training sessions are $60/hour.
